
Healthy Chocolate?
A study, published in the European Heart Journal,(31 March 2010), showed that people who at around 7.5 grams per day of chocolate had a 27% lower risk of heart attack and a 48% lower risk of stroke than those who ate the least amount of chocolate (average of 1.7 grams per day).
